What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

We hope and anticipate you to be completely satisfied with our product. In the event that you would need to return or exchange a product we ask that the product is in new condition, meaning unwashed & unworn. You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. For any issues that you may have run into with our product, please contact us directly, here.

If you wish to return or make an exchange on our products, follow the instructions below:


1. Contact us via e-mail at info@ohioforever.co or use our contact us tab on this site.
2. We will provide you a return label via e-mail. Go to your local postal office and use that label to return the product to the following address:
              Ohio Forever Apparel, LLC
              Attn: Returns & Exchanges
              4103 Parkcove Dr.
              Columbus, OH 43230

3. Include a copy of your confirmation e-mail and a note of the reason for the return. If you are exchanging, please also include on your note the size and shirt you wish to exchange it for. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the size is available at the time of the request.

4. Once the item has been received your refund will be processed or your new item will be shipped out at no additional fee to you.
